CocoRio helped me - very last minute- with an entertainer for my daughter's 4th birthday. A lovely professional ballet dancer arrived, dressed up as elsa, and entertained the kids with colouring sheets, stories etc. It was all pulled together the night before the birthday but we were delighted and felt it was a fair price (for having the kids taken off our hands completely). The agency put a lot of thought into what could be done for the event, and came up with a perfect solution. I'll use again for sure.

I have hosted a Woodland Themed birthday party with two CocoRio creative nannies whom were the driving forces of the party. They were so helpful, proactive, spontaneous and brilliant in their acting and creative roles. They helped me in advance with some ideas regarding which story book we should read, what art activities would work for the girls…parents could relax as they really looked after our little guests. Treasure Map Adventure Party
Ages: 4-10
Get ready for an exciting, interactive treasure hunt like no other! The children will create their own treasure map. Once the map is complete, the real adventure begins- a magical adventure filled with creativity, teamwork, and heaps of fun!

A fun and creative led painting session with canvases and craft materials. An opportunity to create a masterpiece!

Party Package Pricing
Our Party Entertainment Packages start at £350 for two hours, for one entertainer.
We will charge additional fees if additional creative nannies or entertainers are required, or if you would like us to provide extra materials or decorations. Don’t hesitate to ask for any extras- we can arrange everything… from the venue to the birthday cake, if you’d prefer!
All entertainment packages include welcome games and lots of fun activities. These can be organised around any cake, food or other activities!
If you’d prefer to book creative nannies, rather than entertainers, to support play and activities for the children, this costs £30 per hour per creative.

Steps to Book

Click Book Now to complete our booking form and enter in the details about your party or event. You’ll receive confirmation of your booking by email.
If you already have a log in to our platform, log in and make your party enquiry directly from your profile!
Step 2
We will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm availability of our creative nannies. We’ll also discuss how many creative nannies will be needed, confirm the price and any other details. We’ll then secure your booking by deposit.
